  • During a discovery call, we will determine your current physical level and talk through which program will support you best.

  • Absolutely. Your training program is designed to evolve as you do and runs in 4-week blocks. Your mindset program also evolves as you move through the current challenges.

  • Yes. All programs are tailored to your body and your current needs. We will make modifications so you can build strength safely, support your joints, and progress at a pace that works for you.

  • The Empowered Menopause Method coaching programs require a minimum 12-week commitment. After that, you may cancel or pause your coaching with 14 days’ notice. This structure helps keep your progress on track while still allowing flexibility when life changes.
