I’m Réka, I’m glad you are here.
If midlife has left you feeling less at ease in your body, more drained than usual, or frustrated that what used to work no longer seems to work the same way, I want you to know this:
You are not failing.
Your body is changing, and your support needs to change with it.
I created Réka Fit’n’move to help women in perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause feel stronger, more confident, and more supported through this stage of life.
My work combines menopause-focused fitness, strength training, general nutrition guidance, mindset support, and realistic lifestyle strategies so you can stop guessing and start building a plan that makes sense for your body now.
Why I understand this work
I’m a woman in my late 40s, and I am living this midlife journey myself.
I also bring almost 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a gym member, group fitness instructor, coach, and nutrition specialist. Over the years, I have coached functional strength training, TRX, kickboxing, HIT, HIIT, nutrition habits, and lifestyle change.
I am certified as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, TRX Suspension Trainer, ACE Nutrition Specialist, and GGS Menopause Coaching Specialist. I also hold a current CPR/AED certification.
So my coaching comes from both professional training and real-life understanding.
What I want you to know

You need support that respects your energy, your recovery, your schedule, and your stage of life.
